There are several benefits to working from home, and one of them is that you can work from wherever. \u00a0This opens up a whole new world of possibilities for your career<\/a>. As more companies offer full-time<\/a> remote work options, the pool of talent throughout the world grows. \u00a0You can now look for jobs outside of your city and even outside of your zip code.<\/p>\n

2. You have greater freedom when you work from home.<\/h3>\n

Employees have more opportunities when they don’t have to stay in the workplace. \u00a0You can’t beat the ability to make your own schedule around your other responsibilities. \u00a0You can do things like get your kids ready for school or walk your dog before work because you don’t have to drive to work in the morning.<\/p>\n

3. Employees are happy when they can work from home.<\/h3>\n

It has been scientifically established that working from home works. \u00a0People who work from home full-time are 30% more likely than people who work in an office to say they like their jobs. \u00a0What are the three main reasons for this new happiness? \u00a0Employees who work from home say they prefer not having to commute, have a better work\/life balance, and get more done.<\/p>\n

When you work from home, it’s not always sunny and flowery. \u00a0There are some problems that employees will have to deal with when they work from home. \u00a0A lot of these difficulties can’t be fixed with a solution; they need soft skills to deal with them. \u00a0It will take time and practice to get it right.<\/p>\n

One clear benefit of working in an office is that you get to talk to others. \u00a0The worst part of working from home is being bored or alone. \u00a0You can get bored quickly if you don’t make a plan that makes you leave your house and talk to other people.<\/p>\n

2. There are a lot of things that can go in the way of working from home.<\/p>\n

Another good thing about working in an office is that it helps you stay focused. \u00a0When you start working from home, the usual distractions at home stay the same. \u00a0You can still watch that Netflix show you’ve been longing to see! \u00a0It takes a lot of self-control to stay focused on what you need to do. \u00a0You can even use tools to help you get more done.<\/p>\n

3. Working from home could make it hard to talk to people.<\/h3>\n

To get things done, you need to work together, and it’s easy to do that in an office. \u00a0You can always come up with new ideas at a co-worker’s desk or join a group that meets on the spot.<\/p>\n
